worker_processes 0;

Ошибки при чтении синтаксиса не возникнет:

# nginx -t
nginx: the configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf syntax is ok
nginx: configuration file /etc/nginx/nginx.conf test is successful

B результате при рестарте Nginx ни одного дочернего процесса на запустится и веб-сервер не сможет отдавать контент.

P.S:Возможно так и нужно, прошу сильно не бить. :)
