    1 * (asterisk) should be a wildcard for IPv6 [::] and IPv4 0.0.0.0 not Ipv4 only.

    22This is especially important since you stopped adhering to the global configuration and instead defaulting to ipv6only=on.
    33So users configure the system to do automatic dualstack, writing a dual stack address and nginx binds just IPv4 only.
