Description

I installed nginx on my CentOS 7.2 machine from the mainline repo. All services are managed by systemd. When restarting nginx and viewing it's status, there is the following log line: Failed to read PID from file /run/nginx.pid: Invalid argument
However, it doesn't affect nginx.
But there is a really simple way to get rid of this error. The nginx config sets the pidfile to /var/run/nginx.pid while the PIDFile argument in the nginx.service systemd file is set to /run/nginx.pid. Changing this to the same value as in the nginx.conf (/var/run/nginx.pid) will remove the error. I know, it is the same physical directory, but somehow systemd has a problem if it's not the exact same path.

Same as in #884, nginx.service systemd file should also has the same PID path as in nginx.conf. Whenever someone decide to change pid file location in nginx.conf should also take care of nginx.service

Status: newassigned

I've made the paths consistent in the packaging sources; will be available on the next nginx releases (1.12.1 and 1.13.2).
