rpm update overwrites data

Description
While updating, from nginx official repo, to nginx-1.12.1-1.el7.ngx.x86_64 happened /usr/share/nginx/html/index.html to be overwritten. So production site showed default nginx page, having lost the main one.
Please, consider to write new files as *.rpmnew
