how to uninstall nginx from RHEL 6.6 linux

Dear Team,
I installed nginx plus (30 days trail) to learn in my RHEL 6.6 VM using root user. When I am trying to start/stop/use from other user (oracle). It shows 13:Permissions denied. I want to use nginx for other user (oracle).
What is best practice ?
uninstall from root user and install fresh from other user (oracle) ?
if not, how to give all permissions to other user (oracle) to manager and user the nginx server ?
[root@sso etc]# nginx -v
nginx version: nginx/1.13.4 (nginx-plus-r13)
