Maybe I found the problem，I made a request in Firefox（57.0.2）, and then closed this tab，tcp ESTAB 3m.The same operation, in another browser will not be like this

Firefox seems to send PING frames every 58 seconds (network.http.spdy.ping-threshold), and hence http2_idle_timeout 60s will never be triggered while Firefox still maintains the connection.
Works fine here. How did you test it?
