How do you detect that HTTP/2 connection is idle?

Maybe I found the problem,I made a request in Firefox(57.0.2), and then closed this tab,tcp ESTAB 3m.The same operation, in another browser will not be like this

Resolution: invalid
Status: newclosed

Firefox seems to send PING frames every 58 seconds (network.http.spdy.ping-threshold), and hence http2_idle_timeout 60s will never be triggered while Firefox still maintains the connection.
