I get two strange errors with Nginx?

Description
1) If I clear the safari browser cache and visit smartclub.co.za it says Safari Can't Open the Page because Safari can't load any data from this location. If I refresh it works? Any ideas as to what it may be? It works in other browsers?
2) Also I get the following error which I can not seem to resolve?
