Description
Ability to change the time format of the log.
I would like to be able to change the time format of the log.
For example, instead of "17/Jan/2020:13:37:08 +0300" specify "2020-01-17 13:34:08".

For time format isset only 2 variables $time_local and $time_iso8601
Please give an example, how can I specify time format to it "2020-01-17 13:34:08"?
