This was originally reported here: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1631341, but it seems like it may be an nginx bug as it does not reproduce with apache.
Steps to Reproduce:
Send many HTTP/2.0 POST requests at once. The server is a Python APP run behind a reverse proxy using nginx
The sample JS script to do so is here:

Expected: server receives form body for all requests
Actual: server intermittently receives no form body for some requests. This does not reproduce using HTTP/1.1.

The 1.10.3 is the version obsolete more than 3 years ago. Further, in this version HTTP/2 module was considered to be experimental. Using nginx 1.10.3, and, more importantly, using it with HTTP/2, is not a good idea unless you understand what you are doing and why.
The particular problem looks very similar to the one fixed three years ago in nginx 1.13.6:

Please upgrade nginx version you are using. If your OS doesn't provide a newer version, consider using packages as available from nginx.org.
