Nginx issue for only specific url

Description
We've get a issue about getting server error on specific url. Would you provide some guides or possible solutions? Thanks.
The url with server error is: https://www.adata.com/en
And will get response like this:
https://imgur.com/hPSVHzq
Other urls that works as expected are:
https://www.adata.com/us
https://www.adata.com/tw

You may want to look into your server logs to find out where the error is generated and why. It doesn't looks like a bug in nginx. If you need help with configuring nginx, consider support options available.
