I got this in my error log:
[crit] 1098#1098: *228213 SSL_write() failed while processing HTTP/2 connection, client: 161.158.161.71, server: 15.65.136.273:443
Is it a bug?

This is a bug in OpenSSL 1.1.1. The workaround is available in nginx 1.19.3, released at 29 Sep 2020, and newer versions:
*) Workaround: "[crit] SSL_write() failed" messages might appear in logs when using OpenSSL 1.1.1.Consider upgrading your nginx installation.
