Docs for mp4_start_key_frame directive is missing

Description

New directive "mp4_start_key_frame" for introduced in nginx 1.21.4 is missing in documentations: ​https://nginx.org/en/docs/http/ngx_http_mp4_module.html (Russian also)

Please update documentation.

P.S: Trac doesn't have 1.21.x value in Version dropdown
