If we use HTTP/3, then the $http_host variable becomes empty.

$http_hostcontains the value of clientHostheader. This header is optional in HTTP/3 and:authoritycan be used instead. IfHostis missing,$http_hostwill be empty, which is the expected behavior. Use$hostinstead.
