Description
Charsets maps koi-utf, koi-win, win-utf are bundled with every nginx package out there. It is year 2013 and everyone uses utf-8. Removing these ancient charmaps could save humanity gigabytes of disk space. It won't affect users who upgrade, and the very minority of new users who need them will find them.

I dislike these archaic files being installed into the nginx configuration directory by default. It creates useless clutter for the vast majority of users.
In the name of all that is good and holy, please relocated these files someplace sensible.
Let the tiny minority copy them over from /usr/local/share/examples/nginx/config/ if they need to.

I personally think they are still may be usable for some, and if you don't need them - they are small enough to don't care.
