Description

If I use any special characters in file/folder name (or just a space) then I can see it in http encoded format, and I can't delete or rename these files/folders. Ex: "New%20Folder" instead of "New Folder"

As far as I can tell, there is no problem in nginx itself - it escapes and unescapes provided file names properly. Likely you are facing an issue in nginx-dav-ext module you seems to use, try reporting details to it's issue tracker.
