As suggested, removing conflicting packages should help.

You have already installed nginx-full-1.9.4-1+precise0 from Ubuntu repo and you are trying manually install nginx_1.9.5-1~precise_amd64.deb from nginx repo. I think, you should uninstall nginx-full-1.9.4-1+precise0 first and then install nginx_1.9.5-1~precise_amd64.deb if you are willing to do so.
