nginx log folder does not have read access for group

Description
It seems that the default permissions on the /var/log/nginx do not include group-read ones and this does not make any sense, preventing us from enabling read access for other users.
The default should be that the group (nginx) should have read access to the logs.

With official nginx Linux packages,
/var/log/nginxhave 0755 permissions. And in nginx itself, when installed withmake install, thelogsdirectory is created with the current umask, whichever is active. If you have problems with a package provided elsewhere, please report the problem to the maintainer of the package in question.
