Description

Tengine has a nice feature called spdy_detect (http://tengine.taobao.org/document/ngx_http_spdy_module.html) which allows to use a single port for HTTP and SPDY even for clients which don't support NPN (e.g. iOS).

Are there any plans to integrate this feature into mainline?

No, there are no plans. And it doesn't looks like a good idea to do autodetection.
