Description
When testing a configuration file like this:
nginx -t -c "/nginx.conf"
it would be most useful to ignore the certificate and key files.
What I suggest is an option that allows to ignore those.
Reason for that is, the test fails, since the files cannot be found when run during continuous integration for example (when the specific files are not present yet).
I would like to just use it to check the syntax of nginx.conf.
