Unable to login into Trac via Lauchpad's OpenID

Description
When I try to login into Trac, I always get 403/Forbidden no matter whether I chose Launchpad as the provider and enter the username ('zyv'), or just the OpenID URL:
Google Account authentication works (obviously...)

There was too strict openid format check. Fixed.
