Delay in generation of Session/Token id for co browse (Genesys application) via NGINX Proxy

Description

When we initiate a request for co browse session, we are able to get the first popup instantly which gives some message and when click on YES the Session/Token id is generated but for the generation of the session/token id there is a delay of approximately 20-40 seconds.

We doubt NGINX Proxy is blocking something and affecting the functionality
